These Terms of Service apply to all purchases and use of the Lumeniax online store. Lumeniax is operated by AV Commerce, a sole proprietorship registered in Finland (Business ID 3657030-4), Alangontie 17, 90540 Oulu, Finland ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these terms.

1. Products

Our calming collars are pet accessories designed to support a calmer environment for dogs. They are not a medicine and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Every dog is different and results may vary. If your dog has a medical condition, sensitive skin, or severe anxiety, please consult your veterinarian before use.

2. Safe use

Follow the instructions included with the product. Leave about two fingers of space between the collar and your dog's neck, check the skin regularly during the first days of use, and remove the collar if you notice irritation. The calming collar is not designed to hold a leash. Keep unused collars out of reach of children and pets.

3. Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in the currency of your market and are displayed at checkout before payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or limited availability. If we cancel an order you've paid for, you'll receive a full refund.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

5. Shipping

Shipping times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

6. Refunds and our 60-day guarantee

You can request a refund within 60 days of delivery as described in our Refund Policy. These terms do not limit any rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, videos and logos, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or used without our permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence.
