Shipping Policy
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Delivery time
Delivery to the United States takes on average 5–10 business days after your order has shipped. During busy holiday periods, delivery can occasionally take a few days longer.
Shipping rates (United States)
- FREE standard shipping on orders of $35 or more (including all 2- and 3-collar packs).
- $4.95 standard shipping on orders under $35.
The exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You can follow your package using the link in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking information may take 2–3 days to update after your order ships.
Shipping Protection
You can add optional Shipping Protection at checkout. If your protected package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, we'll reship your order free of charge.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, email us right away – we can update the address until your order has shipped.
