60-Day Calm Dog Guarantee

We want you and your dog to be happy. If you're not satisfied with your Lumeniax calming collar for any reason, you can request a full refund within 60 days of delivery.

No return needed

You don't need to send the product back. Just email us and we'll take care of the rest.

How to request a refund

  1. Email akseli.a.vepsalainen@gmail.com within 60 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and a short note about your experience. A photo or two helps us improve, but it's not required.
  3. We'll reply within 1–2 business days and issue your refund to the original payment method.

Refunds usually appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

What's covered

  • The price you paid for the collars in your order.
  • One guarantee refund per customer and household.
  • Shipping costs and the optional Shipping Protection fee are not refundable.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund – your choice.

Lost or stolen packages

If you added Shipping Protection at checkout and your package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, we'll reship your order free of charge. If your tracking hasn't updated for 20 days, contact us and we'll look into it.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge until it has shipped. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
